What you will do


  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to the eCom Operations team, providing financial insights and reporting to drive EBIT performance across CFCs and eStores.
  • Productivity Enhancement: Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to develop and implement best practice productivity improvements for CFC operations.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate and timely month-end results, including site P&Ls, scorecards, and management reports, to monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to business cases, strategic plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts, providing insightful commentary on variances.
  • Project Support: Offer financial support to project teams, tracking and reporting on benefits impacting CFC operations.

 

What you’ll bring


  • Woolworths Finance Capabilities: Demonstrate experience aligning with the five key capabilities: Value Co-creator, Inspiring Leader, Trusted Advisor, Agile Learner, and Insights Generator.
  • Professional Experience: Possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience and hold a CA/CPA qualification.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP is preferred, and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is advantageous. Strong data analysis, modelling, and financial accounting standards knowledge are essential.
  • Communication & Presentation: Display strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse audiences, and the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Work Ethic & Drive: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a proactive approach, the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines, strong attention to detail, a commercial mindset, and a passion for driving results.
