Lead shift operations to achieve optimal productivity, order accuracy, and on-time dispatch
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
This role is an AM Shift with the hours being 5:30am - 2:30pm, one weekend day required

About Us
Construction is now well underway for our new Moorebank RDC (MoRDC). Located in Moorebank NSW, MoRDC is the latest distribution centre being added to the Primary Connect Network. The 84,000 sqm facility will strengthen Primary Connect’s NSW supply chain and service more than 350 Woolworths Supermarkets, with over 9,000 product lines. We will be partnering with Vanderlande, who are a market-leading, global partner for process automation in the warehousing industry.
What you'll do
Drive a continuous improvement mindset by leading initiatives to optimise processes and boost team performance.
You'll be a true leader, mentoring and coaching your team of 4 Team Leads (and their team members) to achieve outstanding results while fostering a customer-centric culture.
You'll be a safety advocate, reinforcing and complying with all safety responsibilities, implementing safety policies, and embedding a safety-first culture.
You'll lead business and operational planning, manage KPI's, ensure resource planning is within budget, and meet volume forecasts.
Drive accountability within the business, ensure that the elements of Primary Connect culture are embedded at all levels
Champion succession and development planning through talent reviews, MyPlan performance discussions, and providing valuable feedback and opportunities for growth.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in an operations leadership role
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
A deep understanding of safety protocols and risk management
A track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results in a complex, matrix environment.
Experience in FMCG, distribution, retail, people leadership
