What you’ll do | Hei mahi

Our Senior UX Designers are responsible for crafting and delivering the customer experience in their product and service space. This role is a key part of a cross-functional team, where you’ll embed design thinking and lead experience design activities with strategic influence. 


The Key Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the experience vision and strategy in our Loyalty space, and partnering with the Product Manager to inform and evolve the product roadmap

  • Identifying design opportunities and articulating UX outcomes for our loyalty customers, aligned to the product vision articulated by the Product Manager

  • Lead UX strategy and design thinking activities to impact the achievement of customer and business goals 

  • Work on complex, strategic priorities leveraging insights and analytics to make data-driven decisions and recommendations, to achieve business and customer experience vision

  • Lead the UX research and design process for propositions, experiences and journeys from discovery through to delivery. Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify and set experience goals

  • Embed continuous discovery in collaboration with Product and Technology 

  • Coach and mentor other designers to drive an uplift in their practice

You will bring in senior level UX, Product or service design experience.


To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced Agile delivery environment

  • Have helped ship complex products/experiences to solve customer problems, with accountability for defining goals and approach 

  • Experience designing for a range of digital platforms (web, iOS, Android, etc) and cross-channel, digital-physical experiences

  • Retail or e-commerce UX design experience is an advantage
