What you'll do:
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll leverage your extensive experience and strategic thinking to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a portfolio of our group digital identity solution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, key partners and stakeholders across the business, to define and deliver a product vision that aligns with our overall business strategy.
This role is looking to grow the applications of our Group Identification solution across the business. We require a Senior Product Manager who can evangelise their product by driving adoption across the business.
Key focus areas:
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of high-impact digital products.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Develop and manage complex product backlogs, expertly prioritising features and ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and business objectives.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including engineers, BAs and stakeholders across the business, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Proactively monitor and analyse product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven optimisations to maximise impact.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product management. Share your knowledge and insights with the team.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7 + years of proven product management experience, ideally in a digital environment.
- Experience with identity resolution solutions is highly desirable
- A demonstrable track record of successfully launching and scaling high-impact digital products that have achieved significant business results.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure impact
