What you’ll do
You’ll ensure that the Digital Customer & Trade Plan is executed flawlessly and consistently across key digital touchpoints on web & app by leading the governance, process, and prioritisation frameworks. This role orchestrates delivery across a multitude of stakeholders, focusing on assets & major Events. There’s a strong focus on driving maximum ROI from our assets and identifying future growth opportunities.
The key responsibilities include:
- Shape the Future of Digital Trade: Lead the strategic delivery of our Digital Customer and Trade plan through development of a robust Channel Plan, making a real impact on our commercial & customer success.
- Innovate and Elevate Customer Events: Drive the the delivery of major Events across the promotional calendar, including setting up all key processes
- Maximise Digital Assets: In partnership key stakeholders develop a playbook for asset optimisation, with a key focus on A/B testing, our future roadmap & analytics.
- Forge Powerful Partnerships: You’ll work closely with dozens of stakeholder groups, developing frameworks & processes to manage multiple objectives & priorities.
- Lead for Commercial Growth: Be a key enabler in achieving critical customer and commercial objectives, influencing the experience of millions of customers across our web & app experiences daily
What you’ll bring
You’ll come with extensive experience in FMCG or eCommerce, with a proven ability to work cross functionally to successfully deliver major Marketing &/or Commercial initiatives.
You’ll also bring:
- Digital Trade Expertise: Deep understanding of digital commerce, channel management, and proven success in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Partnership Integration: Demonstrated ability to successfully integrate varied priorities into broader trade and channel strategies.
- Optimisation Focus: Track record of driving continuous improvement to maximise customer interaction and commercial outcomes
- Advanced Stakeholder Management: Exceptional collaborative skills, with experience successfully leading outcomes through diverse, cross-functional teams across a large group.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong focus on commercial outcomes, with a history of enabling key customer and financial objectives.
