What you’ll do | Hei mahi

In this exciting, senior-level role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with all sorts of stakeholders in the business (both technical and non-technical), capturing customer & business needs, customer journeys and stories & mapping business processes as well. 


Specifically, in this role: 

  • Strategic Impact: You'll be instrumental in shaping strategic plans and prioritising work, collaborating seamlessly with diverse stakeholders to build consensus and drive initiatives forward.
  • End-to-End Solution Excellence: From deep-diving into technical feasibility to ensuring business viability, you'll define and design robust solutions, validating assumptions and understanding all implications across processes, systems, and people.
  • Change Leadership: You're not just supporting change; you'll be actively driving successful process improvements, creating essential artefacts, and championing the adoption of new ways of working.
  • BA Craftsmanship: You're passionate about best practices, empowering colleagues through coaching, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our Business Analysis Chapter.
  • Exceptional People Skills: You excel at rapidly building rapport, guiding discussions, and influencing outcomes, thriving in a collaborative environment with varied perspectives.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: You're comfortable context-switching across multiple projects, quickly grasping new information, and finding practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.


What you’ll bring | Hei koha

You are a strong well-rounded Senior Business Analyst with extensive Agile and digital expertise that will allow you to hit the ground running in this role.  You will be used to working in highly collaborative environments and have confident communication and facilitation skills.  You will also have experience with contemporary BA tools and techniques.


To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Proficiency in managing significant technical system changes and business process improvements.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is beneficial.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new domains and build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of BABOK and various methodologies and techniques.

While this position does not require a technical Senior Business Analyst, experience working within the intersection of technical requirements and experiential requirements would be highly valued.
