What you’ll do  

 

The Salesforce Engineer will leverage modern CRM technologies (anchored around Salesforce Service Cloud) to design, implement and support CRM platforms for customer service agents. This involves creating seamless, intelligent customer service agent experiences, integrating advanced features, and continuously refining the experience to meet evolving user expectations and industry standards.

 

  • Quality-Focused CRM Development: Maintains a high-quality bar while creating and delivering CRM platforms (primarily Salesforce Service Cloud) within a complex and evolving environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Value Delivery: Collaborates effectively with business, technology, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate the value of CRM initiatives.
  • End-to-End Solution Ownership: Supports the full lifecycle of CRM development, from platform creation to production deployment, including performing "sanity checks" to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Champions continuous improvement of development processes and adheres to high coding standards. Demonstrates the ability to define effective development approaches and deliver high-value solutions.

 

What you’ll bring  
  

  • End-to-End Salesforce Development: Demonstrated ability to design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
  • Integration Expertise: 5-6 years of experience in building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Workflow Automation: Skilled in implementing and optimising Salesforce workflows, process builder, and flow automation to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Technical Foundation: Possesses hands-on experience with Salesforce data structure setup and holds the Salesforce Developer Certification - Platform Developer II(essential), demonstrating a strong understanding of the platform.
  • Collaborative Development Approach: Experienced in working within a development team, utilising CI/CD/DevOps practices for efficient code deployment and collaboration.
