What you’ll do
We are looking to further expand the Retail Media Display team with the appointment of a Retail Media Trader. Reporting into the Retail Media Display Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the end to end campaign delivery for both our in-house marketing activities as well as all of our external advertising partners. Your mission is to develop world class experiences for our customers. This role is key in driving the future of the eCom digital media ambition as a tier 1 digital publisher and is a critical role in building and developing the operational backbone of this new enterprise.
In this role you will be tasked with:
- Own the Campaign Journey: Guide digital advertising campaigns from start to finish on the Woolworths site and app, ensuring seamless execution.
- Drive Client Success: Be pivotal in optimizing campaigns to deliver maximum return on investment for our valued advertising partners.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work alongside diverse teams to implement cutting-edge ad technologies and continuously enhance our advertising ecosystem.
- Become a Digital Expert: Master campaign implementation, delivery, optimization, and troubleshooting, becoming a go-to specialist in the field.
- Influence Strategy: Partner with sales and marketing teams to shape campaign objectives and deliver impactful results for both external and internal stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
Ideally, You’ll bring in:
- 1-2 years in digital media operations (publisher, ad network, or SSP) experience, but not essential.
- Proficiency in ad serving systems (e.g., Google Ad Manager) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and make quick decisions.
