What you’ll do
- Maintain a high-quality bar in a complex and constantly evolving workspace
- Create Test Roadmaps for the Squads and engage business, technology and other stakeholders to understand the value of Testing
- Support production deployment of applications and perform “Sanity” checks
- Contributing towards continuous improvement of the QA processes and practices
- Ability to create and define a test approach for any given context and produce high value test artefacts
- Test Chatbots and Smart IVRs for the Squad and engage business, technology and other stakeholders to understand the value behind testing the initiatives thoroughly
What you’ll bring
- Solid programming skills (strong experience with Javascript)
- Cloud technology testing experience (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience in design and development of automation frameworks on chatbots and smart IVRs
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation and source control systems
- Strong experience in testing web/mobile applications
- Ability to test bots (Chatbots and Smart IVRs)
