What you’ll do

• Maintain a high-quality bar in a complex and constantly evolving workspace
• Create Test Roadmaps for the Squads and engage business, technology and other stakeholders to understand the value of Testing
• Support production deployment of applications and perform “Sanity” checks
• Contributing towards continuous improvement of the QA processes and practices
• Ability to create and define a test approach for any given context and produce high value test artefacts
• Test Chatbots and Smart IVRs for the Squad and engage business, technology and other stakeholders to understand the value behind testing the initiatives thoroughly

What you’ll bring

• Solid programming skills (strong experience with Javascript)
• Cloud technology testing experience (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience in design and development of automation frameworks on chatbots and smart IVRs
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation and source control systems
• Strong experience in testing web/mobile applications
• Ability to test bots (Chatbots and Smart IVRs)
