We are currently in a scale-up phase with significant further growth ahead, Cartology leverages the best of the Woolworths group expertise while creating its own distinct offering and culture. 


As a member of the Category & Marketing Integration team, you will support the Marketing Integration Manager in managing the planning, communication, reporting and asset management across all client integration opportunities into Woolworths campaign activity. You will provide critical support for the team ensuring timelines and milestones are met to deliver on our team objectives.


What you'll do:

  • Programmatic DOOH Campaign Execution: Successfully launch and manage DOOH campaigns using various ad tech platforms, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Revenue Generation & Growth: Collaborate with Cartology Sales teams to drive programmatic revenue in the NSW market, contribute to overall business growth, and identify new opportunities.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (e.g., sales, national programmatic lead) and external partners (agencies, clients). Provide regular updates on campaign performance and address any queries effectively.

  • Best Practice & Optimisation: Proactively offer recommendations to improve campaign performance, optimise strategies, and ensure best practices are followed across all touchpoints.

  • Strategic Planning & Reporting: Work closely with Cartology's National Programmatic Lead on business planning initiatives, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities within the NSW market. Regularly report on progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).


What you'll bring:

  • Programmatic Expertise: Proven experience in programmatic media buying, with DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) experience being a plus. Familiarity with SSPs/DSPs like Hivestack, Vistar, and Broadsign is essential.

  • Campaign Management: Strong understanding of advertising campaign workflows, systems, and technologies. This includes the ability to provide insightful recommendations and reporting.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for presenting, writing, and creating compelling presentations. The ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders is crucial.

  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to solve problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets is important.

  • Industry Knowledge & Proactiveness: A solid understanding of online trends and experience in developing digital strategies. Existing relationships within the NSW programmatic market are highly desirable.
