As a team, we leverage Agile ways of working to help our team develop their skills while also making sure our team is focusing on solving the most complex problems for both our customers and team.
What you’ll do
This is a key role supporting resource planning and allocation of wiq team members across both Quantium and Woolworths, to ensure the successful delivery of data initiatives across the business.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Resource Management: Support, coordinate, and facilitate the entire resourcing process. Manage the resourcing tool (Kantata), ensuring data accuracy and governance compliance. Act as the key liaison between wiq and Quantium for resource movement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Run advanced reports and analyses on resource data. Build sophisticated tools and dashboards in Looker to visualise data and track key metrics. Develop complex data models in Google Sheets to support resource planning and decision-making.
- Talent Mobility: Own and manage the wiq x-domain talent mobility process, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation across teams.
- QDC Process Support: Support the execution of the QDC process, including template management and workshop facilitation (secondary to core responsibilities).
- Support and Collaboration: Act as the 2IC to the Resource & Programme Lead. Work closely with Domain Delivery Managers and the Centralised Resourcing team.
What you’ll bring
This role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in optimising resource allocation and driving data-informed decisions. You will work with a dynamic team and have significant opportunities to leverage and develop your data analysis skills, particularly in Looker and Google Sheets, while owning the wiq x-domain talent mobility process.
- Organised and Planning-Focused: Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional Self-sufficiency and solid experience and expertise in leveraging advanced data skills to analyse resource data, independently generate comprehensive reports, design and build robust tools and dashboards in Looker, and develop and maintain sophisticated models in Google Sheets.
- Strong Communicator and Relationship Builder: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Detail-Oriented and Proactive: Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Technically Proficient: Proficient in using project management and resource planning tools (experience with Kantata is advantageous).
- Data Expertise: Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data. Expertise in running reports, performing complex analyses, building tools and dashboards in Looker, and creating advanced models in Google Sheets. Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data issues.
- Collaborative and Autonomous: Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Process-Oriented: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimising end-to-end processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ability to identify and automate manual tasks.
