What you’ll do

• Support Optimisation Leads to  identify efficiency gains in business processes by conducting process reviews, using Continuous Improvement/Agile methodology.   
• Support enablement of POC’s/Pilots and in collaboration with the Optimization Analyst, prepare reporting on pilot summaries and efficiency gains
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support embedding new processes or initiatives.  Coach and support Primary Connect leaders
• Work collaboratively across Primary Connect and wider business bringing together key stockholders to ideate and deliver on end to end improvements
• Coordinate and facilitate Big Room Planning to identify future opportunities.

What you’ll bring

• Process Improvement methodology experience and training in Lean or Six Sigma
• Project Management experience
• The ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders 
• Supply Chain industry experience
• Excellent written communication, with the ability to prepare packs on initiatives for senior executives 
• Diligent and persuasive in following up with senior leaders to update initiative tracking
