What you'll do
As a Marketing Executive within the Loyalty team, this role is responsible for supporting the planning, executing and optimisation of acquisition and engagement campaigns for Everyday Rewards and Everyday Extra, including always-on automations to educate, engage and inspire. You will deliver this by partnering and collaborating with various teams across the business to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
The ideating, briefing and execution of targeted 1:1 campaigns across app, email and digital media, designed to drive key program KPIs
Partnering cross-functionally to successfully deliver campaigns, communications and creative
Reviewing and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns and deliver presentations on activity, reporting and performance
Building and optimising a suite of always-on lifecycle journeys using our model-based automation engines
Suggesting and implementing campaign optimisations based on performance and key results
Supporting the Marketing Manager with budget tracking and ROI measurement
What you'll bring
3+ years marketing experience in 1:1, lifecycle and digital marketing(or similar roles)
Tertiary education in related fields
Retail, eCommerce and loyalty experience desirable
Campaign management experience including brief writing, creative evaluation, targeting and segmentation, AB testing, production and measurement
Ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships
Strong presentation, communication and planning skills
Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder and fast paced environments.
Knowledge of how to use insights to drive effective marketing campaigns
