What you'll do
As a Marketing Executive in the Everyday Rewards Partnership team, you'll manage data-driven customer lifecycle campaigns across various channels that support acquisition, engagement and retention of our members. You'll leverage your expertise to craft targeted communications to optimise performance across the entire member lifecycle for our Everyday Rewards Partners
Main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Execute acquisition, lifecycle engagement and retention campaigns and programs with clear measures of success, develop analysis and reporting to achieve strong commercial returns and supporting long term customer value growth.
Deliver seamless experiences that make it simple and effortless for members to get more value from their shopping
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Execute strategies to optimise member engagement and improve campaign performance.
Contribute to and help foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within your team, whilst supporting an uplift in customer acquisition and retention capability.
What you'll bring
Several years experience in customer lifecycle and data-driven marketing roles, partnerships experience highly regarded.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; relevant certifications or advanced degrees highly considered.
Proven track record of executing successful data-led marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
