What you’ll do
You will lead the strategy, planning, development and execution of our Group-wide Collectibles Programs to drive trade, customer engagement and brand elevation.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with internal teams, to drive effective ways of working to shape a strategic roadmap for Collectibles Programs that supports speed to market and long-term success
- Build and manage strong partnerships with external stakeholders to drive program strategy through to successful implementation
Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for Collectibles Programs, leading end-to-end delivery of commercially successful initiatives
Leverage brand, marketing, and industry expertise to design customer-led programs informed by consumer trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies, driving awareness, innovation, and measurable commercial impact
- Manage and contribute to P&L accountability, ensuring delivery to commercial targets and providing insight-led recommendations to drive commercial outcomes
What you’ll bring
Strategic and commercially astute leader with proven experience in external partnerships, brand, marketing, and communications, and a track record of contributing to and driving P&L.
- Proven ability to manage external partnerships, ideally with experience in licensing for major brands
Strong strategic, commercial, creative, and change management mindset with experience working across different business units
Understanding of brand, marketing, and communications relevant to a large retail organisation, particularly marketing to families and kids
Commercial acumen with the ability to contribute to and drive P&L, understand cost of production, and deliver commercial outcomes
- Inspire and influence a team through clear vision, and effective communication to drive quality outputs
