What you'll do 

 

Cartology is one of the leading players in the retail media industry. This role requires someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and a changing landscape


  • Lead your team to confidently sell Cartology's full multi-channel media portfolio, aligning with client objectives and Woolworths strategies within your assigned categories
  • Partner & collaborate with the Director - Client Partnership & Sales, Cartology Operations, Marketing, Commercial teams, your team and creative agencies partners to deliver strong client experiences ensuring balance of customer-centric and business priorities.
  • Mentor and coach a client partnership team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture that encourages customer-first mindset and professional growth.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership to developing and actively maintaining strategic call plans for both yourself and your direct reports.
  • Become an expert in your category, understanding key activation timings, promotional plans and customer behaviour.
  • Make informed decisions based on customer insights, data-led sales trends and media campaigns key performance indicators to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.


What you'll bring


  • Significant experience in multi-channel media sales including shopper customers as media end recipient for a successful customer-centric brand
  • Demonstrated success in driving a sales strategy
  • A thought leadership with strong influencing skills to generate support for new opportunities
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with multiple client contacts to deliver positive outcomes
  • Strong team leadership building and developing highly engaged teams who perform at their best through coaching, development and feedback.
  • Analytical insight; measurement and impact of data to show the business results of strategic campaign efforts to drive repeat business.
