The Opportunity
The Food eCom team is a broad and diverse business unit that sits at the centre of the eComX platform. Our team foster a culture of support, care, and autonomy. The predominant role that Food eCom plays is in bringing to life the AUFood strategy for our customers through digital channels. This brings with it requirements for strong communication within the team and with key stakeholders, partnering and sharing via events, understanding and actioning team feedback, and linking in with various processes and cadences across the group.
What you’ll do
Reporting to the Delivery Lead - Food eCom, this role will connect and consolidate content for various internal and external forums, bring together the right information and organise, own and drive forward team initiatives (eg. LT cadences, capability building programs, connection sessions, Town halls, BRP etc)
You will:
Collect and co--ordinate key documentation to advance the needs of Food eCom and connect with the business.
Generate content for Food eCom's internal communications e.g. Monthly Updates
Co-ordination of VOT & VOS trends into action planning alongside BU LT team
Lead and manage key events and LT sessions alongside EA and BU LT team
Own and run weekly/monthly cadences for Food eCom alongside BU LT team (eg weekly sales review, monthly BPM, quarterly BRP, LT strategy sessions)
Manage content into relevant templates and formats for audiences as required
Engage with key stakeholders to share requirements for internal comms/engagements & collate relevant info
Align with EA to agree appropriate time commitments with BU LT and key stakeholders
What you’ll bring
In this crucial support role, you'll leverage your innate energetic and connective qualities to cultivate and champion a positive, unified culture
You’ll have:
Experience in event organisation across multiple stakeholders
Facilitation and information pack assembly experience
Demonstrable experience with Google Suite and Canva (or similar tools)
Strong expertise in maintaining communications with various levels of stakeholders
Ability to effectively translate business discussion into understandable slides and content for audience
Ability to work under time pressure and highly organised
Ability to understand business context within eComX and AUFood
An open communication style coupled with a naturally helpful aptitude
