The Opportunity

This role leads the end-to-end transformation of the Group’s Procure to Pay (P2P) finance and business processes, as part of the Finance Systems Transformation (FST) program. It focuses on designing, standardising, and embedding best practice processes and controls, leveraging the capabilities of the SAP S/4 upgrade.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of optimised P2P processes with embedded governance and controls.

  • Identify opportunities for standardisation, automation, and process improvement to streamline operations and reduce risk.

  • Document end-to-end processes and implement a knowledge management model with relevant process owners.

  • Support the design and delivery of system solutions and implement a framework for continuous controls monitoring.

  • Collaborate across FST streams to ensure alignment with interdependent programs (e.g., Chart of Accounts).

  • Manage delivery risk and change impacts through governance forums and iterative delivery approaches.
Advocate for the program and contribute to broader finance transformation initiatives.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members responsible for sub-stream outcomes.

  • Proven experience in designing business and finance processes

  • Excellent process expertise in Procure to Pay (P2P)

  • Strong background in leading complex finance systems and process implementations

  • Confidence in presenting and influencing senior stakeholders through clear storytelling

  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to create structure from ambiguity

  • A passion for solving complex problems in fast-moving environments

  • A collaborative and consultative approach, focused on delivering the best outcomes for the business and impacted teams

What you’ll experience

  • A commitment to flexibility through a hybrid working model which combines time spent at a support office or hub and time working from home, supporting both in-person connection and balancing the flexibility that remote working provides for our teams.

  • High-impact role supporting our teams who enrich our communities.

  • A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.

  • A range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeing, including 24/7 access to the Sonder app.
