What you'll do
- Equipment Purchasing for Woolworths Projects - New, Renewal, Metro, Ecom, Woolies X , Design Teams & Strategic Projects
- DIFOT on all projects - track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Reporting on purchases and projects and updating and maintaining purchase orders
- Identify and report on potential risks with regard to projected orders
- Investigate PO and supplier related transactional discrepancies
- Perform data analysis, reporting and other administrative tasks
What you'll bring
- Experience in a Purchasing role with high volumes
- Worked within FMCG retail environment
- SAP experience
- Computer literacy in MS Office and able to adapt to ERP systems
- Proven ability to prioritise many tasks at once through effective problem solving and strong organisational skills
