Are you a commercially savvy professional with a passion for loyalty within the Grocery market? We’re looking for a Loyalty Commercial Manager to join our team here in Aotearoa reporting to our Senior Commercial Manager / Chapter Lead.

You’ll be responsible for leading the strategy to drive value to Woolworths and Everyday Rewards members, through the identification of highly relevant and high performing 1:1 product offers within the loyalty promotions programme.  This stream delivers product offers to customers, based on their previous purchase behaviour, and contributes to annual revenue growth and achieving targets for both our partner and suppliers.

You will need to work collaboratively with the wider Loyalty Practice as well as a number of teams across the business including Commercial, A&I, Finance, Content, CX, Finance and external suppliers to ensure the 1:1 product stream is set up to achieve commercial objectives while balancing customer relevancy.

To be successful in this role, you will be outcome focused, strong in relationship building  and securing buy-in and support across the business. You will have strong organisational planning skills, and will bring your growth mindset with a focus on continual improvement. You will ideally have at least 5+years in a commercially focused role, with experience in account management, buying or loyalty being beneficial.
