What you'll do

As the Everyday Rewards business continues to grow in our aspiration to be “The Door to More” for our partners across the group, the partner and commercial scale and complexity of the business has also grown. 

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager to deliver the growth and optimisation of our loyalty strategy. 


Reporting to the Head of Partnerships Growth, this role focuses on identifying, negotiating, and managing commercial opportunities that drive revenue and expand our market footprint. A background in financial services is highly advantageous.

You will play a key role in the creation and delivery of loyalty growth strategy and the associated value generation across the group, with a focus on the growth of Everyday Rewards partnerships and new Everyday Services.

  • Identify and Develop Growth Opportunities: Proactively source, assess, and secure new partnership opportunities aligned with strategic business objectives.

  • Commercial Negotiations: Support commercial terms negotiations, pricing models, and contractual arrangements to optimise value and mitigate risk.

  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Use data to craft compelling business cases and partnership proposals. Present insights and recommendations clearly using PowerPoint, combining strong narrative structure with actionable data and visuals.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, partner activity, and emerging technologies to refine partnership strategy.

  • Contract Management & Renewals: Oversee the lifecycle of partner contracts, including timely renewals, renegotiations, and updates to reflect evolving business priorities.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set KPIs for partnerships and provide regular reporting on partner performance, revenue contribution, and market impact.

You’re commercially minded and strategically curious, always looking for ways to unlock value and drive growth through partnerships. You’re a strong communicator and negotiator, comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

You thrive on launching new initiatives, and you’re just as confident in the details of delivery as you are in big-picture thinking. You’re highly analytical, with a data-first mindset and a knack for distilling insights into compelling presentations that influence decisions.


You’re proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated - able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy collaborating across teams and bring energy, accountability, and commercial creativity to everything you do.


Key skills, attributes and desirable experience includes: 

  • Solids background in a commercial, business development, or strategic partnership role (experience in financial services is strongly preferred)

  • Proven success in building and scaling revenue-generating partnerships

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, interpret, and present data to support commercial decisions

  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to craft and deliver clear, compelling stories supported by data and insights

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage with senior stakeholders and internal & external partners

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
