What you'll do
As the Everyday Rewards business has continued to grow in our aspiration to be “The Door to More” for our partners across the group, the partner and commercial scale and complexity of the business has also grown.
You will play a lead role in the creation and delivery of Loyalty commercial strategy, management of investment into this channel, and the associated value generation across the group (with a particular focus on our Food businesses across Supers, eCom, WFC & Metro).
Main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Collaboratively work with suppliers and buying teams to develop, execute, report on and deliver a plan with agreed objectives for supplier investment in the 1:1 Rewards business
Partner with the Internal Food Teams & Supermarkets promotions team in the end to end offer mix, creation and management process to carry out your agreed plans with category teams and suppliers
Partnering to support the delivery of a multi-million dollar commercial P&L for Loyalty, working in partnership with EDX & Partner teams to deliver shared strategic initiatives
Co-Define & Deliver major loyalty bonus point investment activity plan for Food, including leading the development and delivery of these plans with our food partners (Supers, Ecom, Metro & WFC) and starting to embed across our broader internal partners
Partner with our internal businesses to ensure the continued growth of our supplier funded points business across the 1:1 program, Supplier AMOs, Cartology, and the development of new supplier initiatives
Co-developing and embedding high value commercial initiatives with Food Partners
What you'll bring
High degree of commercial experience & knowledge. Understanding of end to end category & Portfolio management and strong commercial acumen
Understanding of performance levers in our Food and internal partners, and strong analytical skills desirable
Supplier/Partner management exposure preferred
Strong negotiating, networking and influencing skills
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage with senior stakeholders and internal & external partners
