- As a Finance Business Analyst for the NSW Primary Connect Finance Team, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Working 3 days per week on site or in the office and within site operating hours
- Conducting insightful analysis of the financial performance of five Distribution Centres across Sydney to understand key drivers, identify any impacts, and recommend corrective actions.
- Publishing accurate and timely financial and non-financial reports and targets by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Being responsible for providing forecasts for both volume and non-financial metrics.
- Delivering high-quality weekly and monthly business performance presentations, clearly articulating key drivers and insights.
- Supporting the delivery of the Monthly Forecast and Annual and Quarterly Delivery Cycle to our teams and stakeholders.
- Partnering with a range of stakeholders, within the broader PC and WW business, to review and challenge drivers of business performance
- Improving the timeliness and quality of reporting through automation and process improvements.
What you’ll bring:
- CA/CPA or other professional accounting qualification preferred
- Experience across logistics/warehousing would be preferred
- The ability to travel to site as required - Locations: Norwest, MoNDC/MoRDC in Moorebank, SRDC/EPDC in Minchinbury and Eastern Creek
- Experience using systems e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, TM1 GCP and good excel/modelling skills
- Strong presentation, storyboarding, stakeholder management skills
- Able to communicate complex financial information to a broad audience
