What you'll do

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sponsorship activation & integration plans to drive brand and commercial outcomes

  • Delivering best-in-class partnership management for win-win-win outcomes with partners, customers, and our brand.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with brand partners and agencies, ensuring high standards

  • Proactively advocating for partnerships and engaging cross-functionally to maximise brand and customer value

  • Representing the brand at key sponsorship shoots and activations, and creating excellent agency briefs

  • Ensuring sponsorships are leveraged to the best of their ability, by tracking sponsorship metrics and ROI, managing budgets and maximising contracted deliverables.

  • Championing the value of brand partnerships across the business and proactively identifying new opportunities

 

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in sponsorship and partnership strategies, including strong stakeholder and ambassador management

  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex contracts and building effective sponsorship activation plans

  • Ability to manage budgets and retainers, including ensuring timely invoice processing and business case development

  • Brand and content strategy understanding to campaign execution and risk mitigation

  • Leveraging customer insights and brand health metrics for informed planning and decision-making

  • Leading talent partnerships to ensure mutual brand and talent value

  • Comfort in presenting to large audiences and proactively managing stakeholder relationships
