About the role
Currently we have an excellent opportunity for a Administration Assistant to join our team based in Derrimut. You will be responsible for providing administration support by utilising the relevant company systems. Your commitment and alignment to advocacy for our purpose of "connecting communities with the products they need and love" will help drive the success of the DC.
What you’ll do
- Maintain stakeholder relationships: play a role in supporting our vital connections with internal and external partners.
- Handle diverse inquiries: Respond to requests and queries across all mediums (in person, phone, email) with efficiency and professionalism.
- Process data: Ensure accurate data entry and order processing using database software.
- Coordinate logistics flow: Organise and verify driver paperwork, manifests, and schedule carrier pickups for item movements.
- Ensure documentation accuracy: Guide customers on correct paperwork and provide necessary documentation or process support.
- Communicate delivery timelines: Inform customers promptly about the timeframe for their movement requests.
- Manage inventory movements: Accurately enter orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

- Valued Experience: Prior warehouse and operations experience is highly regarded.
