What you’ll do
As a Social Advertising Specialist, you will be a self-motivated and highly organised team player who is passionate about content, media, strategy and most importantly data-driven campaigns.
You are organised, efficient and can handle numerous tasks across a broad range of campaigns.
The roles key objectives include:
- Execution of multi-channel campaigns predominately social media, buying and implementation of multi-channel advertising campaigns
- Manage media plan: work closely with the Client Services team and Social Channels Delivery Manager to gather Social campaign briefs, update tracker, plan and implement accordingly.
- Manage campaign setup, delivery, optimisation, reporting and insights. This includes identifying trends/learning’s for future opportunities
Additionally you will;
- Drive multi-channel marketing activities to increase revenue and customer value.
- Manage a marketing plan, executing targeted campaigns and offers across various customer segments.
- Effectively manage budgets and achieve or surpass campaign goals, including ROI targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within WooliesX and across the wider business.
- Create and distribute regular campaign performance reports (weekly/monthly).
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of social media trading experience (agency or client-side).
- Proven experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and marketing partners.
- Experience using tagging solutions for measurement and audience building, managing timelines and budgets effectively.
- Strong client relationship development and service skills, including stakeholder management and communication.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Business/Commerce/Marketing).
