We are now seeking applications from current BRDC Woolworths team members for the position of

Relief Grade 6 Recycling Team Coordinator. The successful Team Member will be responsible for

overseeing the daily operations of cleaning and recycling within the DC. This role involves coordinating

team activities to ensure the efficiency of cleaning procedures, promoting recycling efforts, and

fostering a sustainable workplace environment.


The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the Saturday Night Deep Cleaning

throughout the year. They are required to be available for a minimum of 2 Saturday nights per month,

and relieve other Saturday nights when required.


The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an understanding of cleaning and recycling

practices, and a passion for environmental sustainability.

This is open to full time BRDC Woolworths employees.

Key responsibilities:


● Lead and coordinate a team of cleaning and recycling staff ensuring clear communication of goals and

expectations.

● Schedule and oversee daily cleaning and recycling tasks to ensure efficient operations

● Monitor cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas are cleaned in a timely and effective manner.

● Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to Q&E and WHS standards.

● Maintain accurate records of cleaning and recycling activities, team rosters and inventory of supplies.

● Abide by Company policies and procedures in relation to Workplace Health and Safety to ensure a safe working

environment for customers, team members and contractors
