What you’ll do

  • Supervise the performance of a large team to meet production targets and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Lead, motivate and engage team members by applying effective people management processes and practices
  • Build and promote a positive and efficient team environment
  • Daily management of the business to achieve planned/budgeted KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures, performance standards and service levels. 
  • Complete administrative tasks associated with managing the team including management of leave, time and attendance and injury management. 
  • Effectively communicate with team members and key stakeholders.
  • Focus on the continuous improvement of systems and processes. 


What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and managing teams to meet objectives
  • Strive to be a true leader, with a proven ability to lead, inspire, engage and recognise your teams achievements
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Possess a proven history in coaching and mentoring others
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems such as WMS and TMS
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft suite
  • Forklift Licence is a requirement
  • Safety focused
