About the role
As the Dispatch Shift Supervisor ADM you will support the Dispatch Manager to lead the dispatch team in completing all staging and loading of home delivery vehicles while providing a safe environment and great team experience
What you'll do
- Assist in overseeing the department's routine operations.
- Collaborate with the Dispatch Manager on daily tasks and explore new opportunities for growth.
- Help ensure full adherence to safety and food safety standards, maintaining a compliant and safe working environment with 100% compliance.
- Support adherence to payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate team payments.
- Work with the eCom fulfilment team to ensure customer orders are staged and loaded on time, while maintaining critical temperature controls.
- Contribute to growth and improvement by collaborating with the broader business and peers within CFCs.
- Assist in aligning team rostering with business needs, focusing on training and capability building, and ensuring compliance with WorkJam and SuccessFactors in line with EA and training requirements.
- Support the coaching and development of team members to aid their career progression and ensure a future talent pipeline
What you'll bring
- Experience in working within the Online Department.
- Proven background in retail roles with a focus on support functions.
- Understanding of online order fulfilment processes and systems.
- Knowledge of inventory management, production, and replenishment practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective in time management, planning, and organising tasks.
- Ability to assist in coaching and engaging team members.
- Experience in using computers, digital tools, and resources for daily operations.
