What you’ll do | Hei mahi
This role is to execute the deployment and completion of digital merchandising tasks across a range of eCom platforms and systems, ensuring timely and accurate implementation in accordance with the integrated plan and ongoing business needs.
This role will also actively participate in the planning of work, providing valuable input on task complexity, effort estimation, and alternative implementation approaches.
The key responsibilities include:
- Execute Digital Merchandising Tasks: Carry out a variety of digital merchandising tasks across different eCom platforms as assigned.
- Ensure Timely and Accurate Deployment: Complete tasks and deployments within agreed timelines and with a high level of accuracy, adhering to established processes and quality standards.
- Develop Multi-System Proficiency: Become proficient in utilizing multiple eCom systems and tools, including SFMC, Commerce Tools, Contentful, and internal product, pricing, and promotional management systems.
- Support Integrated Plan Execution: Execute tasks as required to support the delivery of the integrated plan, ensuring alignment with campaign timelines and objectives.
- Contribute to Ongoing Trading Activities: Support the day-to-day maintenance and optimization of eCommerce trading activities through accurate and efficient task completion.
- Assist with Issue Resolution: Investigate and contribute to the resolution of platform-related issues, providing relevant information and executing necessary fixes or adjustments as directed.

You will be multi-skilled across various tools, including but not limited to SFMC, Commerce Tools, Contentful, and internal product, pricing, and promotional management systems, contributing to the efficient and effective operation of our online trading activities and supporting issue resolution.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital merchandising operations, eCommerce content management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in the deployment and management of content, promotions, and product merchandising on eCommerce platforms.
- Experience in a role that involved guiding or coordinating the work of others (even without direct reporting lines).
- Proven track record of ensuring timely and accurate execution of digital tasks.
- Familiarity with relevant eCommerce tools and technologies.
