Directly contribute to the success of “best match” agency partnerships, new delivery model implementation, and overall team effectiveness
The Opportunity
The role sits within the Greenhouse Collective and is accountable for providing operational support during a peak period, enabling efficient project delivery, process implementation, and team effectiveness. This role will support the Head of Operations and General Manager in key initiatives and day-to-day operations.
What you'll do
Support Head of Operations and Business Unit teams through Agency Pitch Process, including liaison with legal, procurement, finance, and agency partners.
Onboarding new agency partners into the Woolworths Group systems.
Documentation of sourcing strategies, evaluation processes, etc.
Supporting GM of Greenhouse in building out new delivery models to support B&M group platform, including supporting GHC teams in onboarding new processes and tech implementation.
Assisting with the implementation of new financial reporting models/ cadences in FY26
What you'll bring
Strong organisational & time management skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Project coordination and management skills
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Generic Creative production processes
Agency contract negotiations would be highly beneficial
