What you’ll do | Hei mahi
To support the efficient and accurate execution of digital merchandising tasks across various eCom platforms and systems, with a focus on administrative functions and deployments within the eCommerce trading platform and internal product, pricing, and promotional management systems. This role will contribute to the timely completion of tasks related to the integrated plan, the ongoing maintenance and optimization of eCommerce trading activities, and supporting issue resolution, while also adapting to evolving task requirements as the business pursues automation and efficiency.
The key responsibilities include:
- Execute Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of administrative tasks within the eCommerce trading platform and internal systems, such as data entry, content population, product setup, pricing updates, and promotional configuration.
- Support Digital Merchandising Deployments: Assist in the deployment of digital merchandising elements across relevant platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established processes.
- Focus on Key Systems: Develop proficiency in the eCommerce trading platform and internal product, pricing, and promotional management systems, with a willingness to learn other systems as needed.
- Support Integrated Plan Activities: Execute assigned tasks to support the delivery of the integrated plan, ensuring timely completion of activities within campaign timelines.
- Contribute to eCommerce Trading Maintenance: Perform tasks related to the ongoing maintenance and optimization of eCommerce trading activities, including product updates, content changes, and promotional adjustments.
- Assist with Issue Resolution: Support the resolution of platform-related issues by providing information, performing data checks, and executing assigned fixes or adjustments.

As a Digital Platform Coordinator you’ll perform a range of administrative tasks within the eCommerce trading platform and internal systems, such as data entry, content population, product setup, pricing updates, and promotional configuration.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- 0-1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a digital or eCommerce environment.
- Experience with data entry or similar task-oriented work is beneficial.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures.
