The Greenhouse Collective is the home team for creatives, designers, and production-focused craftspeople within the Woolworths Group. As part of the Brand and Marketing team for the Woolworths Group, we are a center of creative excellence, powered by a collective of internal team members and agency partners who support the Woolworths Group Brand & Marketing practitioners in applying their craft and capabilities to solve and achieve goals.


What you’ll do

As our Video Editor for the Greenhouse Collective, edit videos and content for a wide range of brands across the Woolworths Group. Support with end-to-end campaigns, from idea creation and briefs, to shoots at our Alexandria studio, to editing content and posting. Watch your creations come to live in the social media landscape, in this fast-moving, reactive role.

  • Edit diverse video content from concept to delivery, including social, brand stories, and marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with creative teams (producers, directors, designers) to align on project goals and vision

  • Assemble footage, integrating motion graphics, managing audio, and performing color correction

  • Work across various platforms/channels and ensure brand guideline adherence

  • Support on multiple projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment to stay current with latest trends and video editing techniques

  • Provide creative input and solutions during pre-production and post-production phases


What you’ll bring

  • 3-5+ years of video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing technical skill, creativity, and storytelling

  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a solid understanding of the full post-production pipeline

  • Proficient in color correction and grading, with strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, and audio mastering for various platforms

  • Keen eye for detail, excelling in pacing, timing, and building narrative tension to translate creative briefs into compelling visuals

  • Highly organised and collaborative, able to support on multiple projects, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and troubleshoot independently within a creative team
