About the Role

As a Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in Woolworths' strategic transformation initiatives. You will assist in the coordination and management of aspects of a transformation journey, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You will support the assessment, strategy, planning, delivery, and embedding of these initiatives. Your developing expertise will be instrumental in supporting end-to-end transformational initiatives, with a particular focus on operating model design and ways of working.

  • Operating Model Design: You will support leadership in operating model and organisational design and adapt the organisation's operating model, structure and ways of working to enhance collaboration, agility and cultivating a culture of continuous learning.
  • Agile Ways of working: Experience in working with leadership and teams in transitioning to Agile ways of working, as well as rolling out Agile at Scale across all levels of the organisation. You have experience rolling out Scaled Agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • Transformation Benefits Realisation: You will enable leadership to identify, track, and realise the benefits of transformation initiatives.
  • Strategic Prioritisation & Implementation Planning: You will enable leadership and business stakeholders to define strategic priorities, develop implementation plans, and manage the execution of transformation initiatives.

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years experience in end-to-end transformation, including organisational design and agile transformation, ideally with consulting experience.
  • You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are a highly motivated, result oriented and resilient professional, who is able to navigate ambiguity and change.
  • You are committed to continuous learning and development.
  • You have a delivery mindset and a strong appetite for experimentation and fail-fast mindset.

What you’ll experience

  • A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.

  • A commitment to flexibility through a hybrid working model which combines time spent at a support office or hub and time working from home, supporting both in-person connection and balancing the flexibility that remote working provides for our teams.
