What you’ll do
As the Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team to achieve expectations across safety, operations, people, customer service, and financial performance. This is an integral role providing strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to cultivate a customer-first culture that consistently delivers outstanding results.
You will:
Conduct staff assessments of competence against job standards and criteria
Build and promote a positive and efficient team environment
Manage daily business operations to meet KPIs, cost targets, safety standards, performance goals, and service levels
Complete administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure housekeeping and safe work practices are adhered to
Focus on the continuous improvement of systems and processes
Shifts: Monday to Friday 2pm - 10.30pm on commencement
What you’ll bring
Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and managing teams to meet objectives
Experience in effective performance management
Strong planning and problem solving skills including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations/Distribution Centre Operations.
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft suite and Chrome Workspace. A high level of proficiency in formulas, scripting and macros preferred but not essential
Flexibility to meet business needs, including changing shifts and days as required
Demonstrate resilience to meet challenging targets and timeframes
*The recruitment process will involve attendance at a 5-hour onsite assessment centre in Kewdale
