About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
We’re looking for a Supply Planning Manager for the breakfast, confectionary and snacking portfolio here in Aotearoa reporting to the Head of Supply Planning NZ.
Joining our team you’ll take accountability for maximising stock availability for internationally supplied products across our DCs, whilst ensuring we maintain optimal inventory levels within network constraints.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the management of ordering processes - ensuring that accurate orders are produced in a timely manner, order processing at our suppliers follows set lead times and that stock is delivered into our DC in full and on time.
- Leading and mentoring a self starting, proficient team with root cause analysis of all availability issues, and adept at implementing appropriate resolutions to avoid future issues occurring
- Ensuring inventory policies are fact based and accurately reflect market variability, delivering maximum coverage with minimum inventory employed
- Creating and driving long term strategies that support availability through our network for seasonal and non seasonal periods, always keeping the customer front of mind
About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will need to be a trusted leader for internal and external stakeholders and ideally have knowledge of JDA, SAP or other software related to Supply/Supply Chain Planning.
You will bring:
- 5+ years experience in FMCG or other fast moving good environment.
- 3+ years management experience in leading a team
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel knowledge, Microsoft and Google applications
- An analytical mindset
- Supply Planning/Demand Planning/Procurement experience
- Experience in Replenishment planning
