What you’ll do

As our Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing an efficient supply chain of short shelf life dairy & non-dairy products from supplier to store, within the Chiller department. Review targets and metrics as they come through daily, weekly and monthly, and lead optimisation across the range.Be at the centre of preparation and execution for key seasonal selling periods (e.g. Christmas & Easter) and take the lead exiting these seasons smoothly.

  • Develop, maintain and improve reporting/KPI mechanisms for clear performance insights

  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, with the goal of further reducing costs, improving service levels, reducing DSOH and improving freshness of product

  • Be customer-centric and develop a customer focused replenishment plan

  • Execution of logistics projects in conjunction with the logistics project team

  • Lead and collaborate on ongoing and ad hoc buying projects that improve outcomes for customers

 

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG and a Supply Chain Operations (DC, Replenishment and forecasting) background

  • Leadership experience in a Replenishment background is desirable

  • Sound skill in SAP/Big Query, Microsoft & Google Suites

  • Proven record of project and change management implementation

  • Comfort working within the FMCG space; agile, flexible and resilient

  • Great communicator - able to adjust communication styles based on audience
