What you will do
The Senior Trade & Campaign Manager is responsible for driving product discovery, conversion, and trade performance across the digital experience, owning the digital trade and campaign strategy and calendar. This role combines strategic thinking and leadership with hands-on execution, blending creativity and commercial acumen to create inspiring customer journeys and drive growth through impactful campaigns.
Trade Planning & Execution: Owns the end-to-end trade plan, aligning it with the trade calendar and business goals, ensuring alignment with promotional campaigns and contributing to weekly trade meetings.
Campaign Strategy & Management: Develops campaign strategies across all digital touchpoints, overseeing email marketing campaigns (including segmentation, execution, and optimisation), and ensuring alignment with trade plans.
Content & Digital Merchandising: Collaborates with Digital Merchandising to optimise the website, aligning with trade and acquisition strategies, and continuously refining strategies to drive conversions.
Website & Digital Trade Optimisation: Manages digital campaign execution, collaborates with trading and buying teams to align product releases, and optimises website merchandising for different segments.
Data-Driven Performance Optimisation: Works with data & pricing analysts to merchandise the website based on performance data, adjusts sales and promotion mechanics based on results, and identifies site improvement opportunities.
CRM, Segmentation & Reporting: Collaborates with the SFMC team on targeting and segmentation, owns customer adoption programs, and works with pricing analysts to meet sales targets and maximize revenue, owning channel performance reporting.
What you’ll bring
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, marketing, or digital retail.
Customer Focus: Familiar with customer segmentation, personalisation, and driving user adoption.
Data-Driven Approach: Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into trade and campaign strategies.
Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, including meeting deadlines and multitasking.
Collaboration & Commercial Acumen: Strong collaboration and communication skills, coupled with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of driving sales and margin growth.
