What you’ll do
Join the Digital Media Agency (DMA) as a Paid Search Media Trader and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of CustomerX. You'll drive exceptional customer experiences by leveraging cutting-edge digital platforms and deep customer insights.
In this hands-on role as a Search Trader, you will be passionate about how Search Marketing can deliver tangible results for a business. You will enjoy working with clients from various levels and business units, and relish getting stuck into business challenges providing innovative solutions end to end.
Working with the Search Lead, you will help develop offers and campaigns which drive product and category growth, contributing to the overall customer value. Working across multiple campaigns, brands and categories, you need to be highly efficient, organised and have exceptional time management.

Provide hands-on SEM campaign management to track, report and analyse data
Support the management of large scale budgets across various campaigns
Daily campaign optimisation through an always-be-testing approach
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
Monitor and report on competitor activity
Develop trusted relationships with internal and external clients and teams
What you’ll bring
Practical experience with bid management tools such as Search Ads 360 or Adobe
Hands on experience in keyword planning and forecasting
Experience with tagging solutions for measurement and audience building
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to collaborate cross-functionally with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Strong visual reporting skills (Looker, Excel & Powerpoint)
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
