The Safety, Health, and Wellbeing of our teams and customers is paramount. The SH&W Support Offices Partner will triage SHW incidents in the Facilities Support area and also manage the incident review process and High Potential (HiPO) learning session material preparation. The role is a visible face of safety who will represent the Group Safety platform in their interactions with team members from all organisational levels.
What you’ll do
Reporting to the SH&W Lead - Facilities Management, the role will take the lead in streamlining the existing Facilities Support SHW management system in line with the more user centric operating model within the WFM business and the evolving Group SH&W Systems.
Provide SH&W business partnering support to the Facilities Support function within WFM.
Provide SH&W data and reporting support to the W360/Property Head of Safety to facilitate the preparation of Committee papers, weekly , monthly and quarterly reports
Provide hands on guidance in SH&W facility management for team members who manage the locations
Assist the facilities with general activities and actions to maintain compliance to SH&W relevant requirements such as fire drills, evacuations planning and emergency response
Be available for various safety-related requests from various BU team members who reside in the support offices
Support the building management teams with hazard identification, incident investigation and internal audits
Provide input to SH&W squads with respect to W360/property performance and context
Lead the SH&W aspects of special events within Support locations
What you’ll bring
Highly experienced in reviewing databases and extracting meaningful information
Demonstrated technical aptitude, including prior experience with Artificial Intelligence or a strong willingness to learn AI methodologies.
Strong organisation stills, along with the ability to adjust communication (verbal and written) according the audience and context from Group Executive level to front line teams
Knowledge and experience of facility management from a Health and Safety perspective
Experience with fast paced environments, with growing complexity
Auditing experience
