About us

Moorebank is a new state-of-the-art facility that will service over 1,000 supermarkets nationwide with more than 12,000 product lines. 

With the capacity to move 2.3 million cartons each week, this 44,900 sqm facility - equivalent to almost three times the size of the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) - will strengthen Primary Connect’s national supply chain.

What you'll do

  • Identify the impact of unplanned outages, develop revised plans, and collaborate with teams to rectify product handling issues.
  • Play a crucial role in our transition phase, participating in system testing, documentation development, and onboarding activities.
  • Track daily operational progress against plans and report any deviations, especially those impacting delivery windows.
  • Conduct product audits to maintain accurate inventory and manage the integration of new products for automated handling.
  • Identify and resolve product handling issues throughout the Distribution Center, including root cause analysis.


What you’ll bring

  • A strong understanding of DC operations, inventory flow, receiving, dispatch, and the broader supply chain.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and other DC-specific software
  • Ability to use and interpret data from operational dashboards and planning tools
  • Exposure to SCADA systems would also be highly regarded
  • Deep understanding and commitment to safety principles and procedures
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, rather than just reacting to them.
