Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. What you’ll do
In this role you'll play a critical role by providing leadership and decision making accountability for a suite of applications in the Range & Space area while delivering cost-effective, quality, innovative technology solutions and services that support business strategy. Leading of team, you will establish cost -timelines for product deliverables and execute process improvement and optimization of the Range and Space applications (e.g. Blue Yonder Category Management) and assortment planning.
Key responsibilities also include:
Developing core metrics and KPIs for performance measures relating to applications, along with managing the DevOps product lifecycle for the suite of applications.
Continuously managing business prioritisation, understanding, and acceptance of the sprint deliverables (or regular releases) and providing thought leadership on a product roadmap to enable the delivery of key business objectives.
Conducting problem analysis of support issues, deciding and implementing changes to improve product reliability.
Marketing highly complex technical concepts and solutions in a way that allows quality business decisions.
Provide leadership and direction to your teams supporting the development of a safe, engaged and skilled team.
Managing testing across the product suite ensuring quality measures are met, results are documented and maintained.
What you’ll bring
You have the ability to work cross-functionally with both the technology team and the business in meeting core objectives and you can manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
You will also demonstrate:
Strong people management experience within a large organisation.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Technical IT Application knowledge (ideally Range and Space applications such as Blue Yonder CatMan)
Strong Product Lifecycle Management experience.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
