What you'll do

As a Product Designer, you'll be instrumental in crafting digital experiences throughout our customer journey. You'll collaborate closely with senior designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform complex challenges into elegant, straightforward solutions.

Leveraging your evolving expertise in Product Design, you'll contribute to the development of inclusive, engaging, and thoughtfully designed experiences. Your responsibilities will also include participating in research and validation, contributing to our design systems, and supporting the delivery of features that significantly impact millions of customers.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this position, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • 2+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in a digital or customer-facing environment.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking, craft, and user-centred solutions.

  • Familiarity with responsive and accessible design principles (WCAG 2.1), along with proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and contributing to both discovery and delivery phases.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn from feedback, research, and peers.
