What you’ll do
Join the Digital Media Agency (DMA) as a Paid Media Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of CustomerX. You'll drive exceptional customer experiences by leveraging cutting-edge digital platforms and deep customer insights.
In this hands-on role, you'll also be a key Paid Media Specialist for Woolworths NZ, delivering impactful brand and targeted marketing campaigns across Social and Programmatic channels. You'll collaborate closely with Woolworths Group's New Zealand Brand & Marketing and DMA’s Planning & Activation and Platform teams to drive both brand awareness and personalized campaign success.
Execute data driven multi-channel marketing activities to grow revenue and customer value
Forecasting Communication and Engagement
Collaboration with suppliers and commercial teams
Designing and implementing specific marketing campaigns and offers tailored to the needs and behaviors of identified customer segments. This involves crafting compelling messaging, selecting appropriate channels, and defining clear calls to action
Ensuring all campaign activities are directly linked to achieving defined commercial outcomes, such as increased sales, lead generation, product adoption, or basket size
Providing not just data, but also insightful analysis and interpretation of campaign performance, explaining the "why" behind the results
Translating data and insights into clear and actionable recommendations for campaign optimisation and future strategy development
What you’ll bring
5+ years in programmatic and social trading in either agency or client-side
Strong experience with DSP’s such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Vistar Media along with CM360
Investment decisioning & trading knowledge at scale in line with the Woolworths Group commitments
Successfully manage timelines and budgets
Demonstrate a track record of client relationship development and service
Able to quickly adapt to ongoing change based on the business and team requirements
Hold an understanding online trends and have experience in developing digital strategies and communications programs
Demonstrate strong and effective decision-making skills
Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.)
