What you’ll do
In close partnership with the Head of Leadership, Talent & Culture, this role will be instrumental in optimising, building, and designing an integrated talent management ecosystem across Woolworths' diverse business units and platforms. This encompasses the end-to-end enhancement of talent management processes, from acquisition and development to retention and succession planning, ensuring seamless flow and effectiveness.
The role will strategically apply next gen technology and data-driven insights to advance talent outcomes, refine systemic processes, and cultivate a unified, organisation-wide talent approach that fosters individual potential and supports the Group's collective success.
Specifically you will:
- Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement streamlined talent management solutions for the Group
- Leverage next-gen technology, evaluating and integrating tools that drive efficiencies and uplift user experience.
- Partner with Talent Partners, People Leads, and line managers to create scalable, integrated talent solutions, tools and approaches.
- Establish KPIs, monitor progress, evaluate impact, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Enhance talent management skills within Tribes, People Teams, and business leaders.

What you’ll bring
- Practical organisational development experience driving talent management activities at scale.
- Experience in leveraging data and technology systems to drive impactful talent outcomes, generate actionable insights and drive informed decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in program creation and development, from initial concept to successful implementation and management.
- Proficient in facilitation, coaching and mentoring, supporting individuals and teams to build talent management capability
- Ideally, Qualifications in Organisational Psychology.
