What you’ll do


In close partnership with the Head of Leadership, Talent & Culture, this role will be instrumental in uplifting leadership performance and driving the integration of desired cultural shifts throughout the organisation. This involves designing and implementing robust leadership frameworks, developing targeted leadership capabilities, and utilising advanced assessment methodologies to identify and nurture future leaders. 


The role will leverage data-driven insights and decision-making to enhance leadership effectiveness, embed our evolving culture, and ultimately contribute to the Group’s overall success by building a high-performing and culturally aligned workforce.


Additionally you will:


  • Support the development and iteration of enterprise-wide leadership assessment tools and frameworks.
  • Support talent processes for our Group Executive Team (~170 leaders), including succession planning, development and team effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain executive talent dashboards and insights.
  • Enhance and manage leadership assessment strategies and governance
  • Support cultural transformation initiatives and drive the activation of critical leadership and culture shifts through the Group


What you’ll bring


  • Practical organisational development experience in two or more of the following areas: talent management, assessment, succession planning, framework development, culture.
  • Experienced in psychometric test selection and the provision of feedback
  • Adept at leveraging data, statistical analysis, and technology systems to generate actionable insights and drive informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in program creation and development, from initial concept to successful implementation and management.
  • Proficient in coaching and mentoring, supporting individuals and teams to achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Qualifications in Organisational Psychology.
