The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team and support the development of our risk management and privacy modules/systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and building risk platforms such as Archer or ServiceNow, across the various modules they offer.
What you’ll do
- OneTrust Configuration: Configure and build the OneTrust platform to develop workflows, automations, assessments and integrations across the various OneTrust modules.
- Integration: Integrate OneTrust with existing systems and applications, such as risk and audit tools, safety platforms and various operational systems, to streamline risk management and governance processes and workflows.
- Assessment Management: Develop and maintain assessment automations, workflows and integrations within the OneTrust platform.
- Platform Management: Technically manage and support the platform, across the various change, incident and problem and service management processes. This also includes providing engineering support during platform upgrades and new product releases.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the use of the OneTrust platform, including administrators, risk/control owners, and end users. Develop training materials, documentation, and best practices to promote user adoption and proficiency.
- Management: We partner closely with OneTrust to help improve and adopt new capabilities released as part of their ‘preview’ features. Our developers will need to work closely with OneTrust to resolve issues, provide technical advice and UX improvements to their products and features.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of OneTrust product updates, enhancements, and new features. Recommend and implement improvements to optimise the use of the platform and enhance risk and privacy management capabilities.
- Risk Management Processes: We are a fast paced and dynamic business that is on a transformational journey in how we manage Woolworths risks. With this comes a need to understand how risk management works and the adjacent processes that help support our understanding of risk. You’ll develop a deep understanding of how we manage risk and use this knowledge to inform how you build OneTrust and the user-experience you provide
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a developer and administrator, with hands-on experience configuring and customising SaaS platforms (e.g: Salesforce, ServiceNow). Experience with risk platforms is preferred (e.g. Archer, OneTrust).
- Experience working with data extraction and development using both private and public API’s
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web development technologies for customising OneTrust components and templates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the OneTrust platform.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data governance practices for onboarding and improving risk data quality.
What you’ll experience
