What you’ll do

• Coordinating all office management activity including some expenses and purchase order management
• Working in collaboration with the Woolworths Group Workplace Support team for office facility requests and issues, and taking a proactive approach in rectifying any office concern.
• Providing general facilities operational delivery to the support office locations as required to support the Workplace Experience Hub.
• Assist the Workplace Curation and development of Community Team Event blueprint – commencing Surry Hills and Norwest and providing guidance to national team on standards

• Support to develop baseline service delivery model

What you’ll bring

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Retail, Supermarket or FMCG experience desirable.
• Able to navigate complex work environments and teams to deliver outcomes.
• Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Experience working under pressure to set deadlines without compromise to quality or service.
