What you’ll do
- As an Installation Technician, you will ensure that equipment is installed to the highest of standards to ensure that our stores are able to provide a great service to our customers
- Installing Refrigeration equipment into new and renewal sites, perform troubleshooting, identifying issues with equipment
- Planning, coordinating and completing projects in conjunction with your site team and project manager
- Assist your project manager in the scheduling and planning of labour resources and the ordering of materials
- Liaising with our technical team on the status of tasks working closely with construction teams including informing engineers, planning for replacements, and assisting in prioritising capital works
What you’ll bring
- Qualified Supervisor Certificate (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning); OR Endorsed Contractor Licence (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning), Arctick Refrigerant Handling Licence, Construction Induction and Driver’s Licence required
- Post-apprenticeship experience (supermarket experience preferred)
- Leading hand / Job running experience in commercial refrigeration is highly desirable
- Experience within the commercial refrigeration service and installation industry, with commercial supermarket experience preferred.
- A solid understanding of supermarket rack systems, including TC02 technology and confidence in new refrigeration/air conditioning control technologies
- Emerson / Site supervisor controls experience advantageous
- Flexibility to travel (including short stays) to various sites throughout Sydney, Regional NSW and work nights as required
