What you'll do
This role is responsible for leading Cartology’s onsite search advertising product, Cartology Promoted Products. The role will lead, guide and influence the product strategy, proposition and specialist client service team. In partnership with Woolies X, the role will develop the Cartology Promoted Products product roadmap including inventory, platform and proposition growth drivers. Further, you will lead Cartology’s specialist search client service team to ensure client acquisition, client success and business revenue goals are met, in collaboration with the Cartology Sales team.
- Create product plans and revenue initiatives for Cartology, aligned with senior leadership, to achieve company goals.
- Manage the product roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders within Cartology and the broader Woolworths group.
- Drive Cartology's Search product agenda, ensuring market-leading solutions.
- Partner closely with eComm, platform, and product teams in WooliesX.
- Lead a team of experts providing client support, including campaign setup, management, and optimisation.
What you'll bring
- 10+ years experience in search advertising, specifically within eComm/retail media.
- Proven experience in managing product development roadmaps and specialist client service teams.
- Ability to improve business processes and drive sales enablement.
- Commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and experience delivering product/revenue strategies to executives.
- Strong partnering and stakeholder management skills within a complex matrix environment.
